I am calling for step-free access at South Kensington Tube Station.
Labour Mayor Sadiq Khan has created an unacceptable linkage between inappropriate development plans for South Kensington and the right to step-free access.
Given South Kensington's host of cultural destinations, such as the Natural History Museum, V&A and Science Museum, it is unacceptable that the station continues to fail those needing step-free access.
Further, the station is a useful interchange between the District, Circle and Piccadilly Line - a convenient link cut off for those in wheelchairs, with buggies, or with other mobility limiting issues.
